The student lettings in Bristol has already started as many properties are already advertised, for us we would always hold off listing our student properties until the beginning of December as when you think that most students have only really just started in September it is quite a rush to then start looking for potential housemates after only 2 months! With our student properties it is mainly the larger properties which are 4 bedrooms or more that we advertise this side of Christmas. If the property is smaller there is actually the added benefit of waiting until the New Year to market as most of the older students tend to wait longer and they are usually the ones who want to share with less people. 

Our advice to students looking in Bristol is not to rush into sourcing your accommodation but to make sure that you are finding a suitable house as you are going to be at this property for at least a year if not longer. If you have any questions about your search please get in touch!
