Before the tenancy starts
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Payment of £50 (including VAT) or the reasonable costs of the person to whom the payment is to be made in respect of the variation, assignment or novation of a tenancy.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3 % above Bank of England base rate in interest on the late payment of rent for each day that the payment is outstanding.
Payment £5.00 or the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
