- Initial meeting at the property to discuss in detail your requirements and advise accordingly the strategy for marketing
- Once the property is marketed, we shall carry out accompanied viewings with our prospective and pre-qualified tenants. After every viewing, we will contact you with an update on relevant feedback and any offers.
- We will send out initial letters via email once we have an offer agreed on subject to the contract. This is then followed by the referencing of the applicants which involve Right to Rent Checks, Credit Checks, Landlord references and income references.
- Once the references are completed and passed all checks, the contracts will be prepared and emailed across for signing. We will then collect the deposit and the first month’s rent.
- All relevant documents such as EPC, Gas Certification, How to Rent Guide and prescribed info will all be sent across to the tenant with an audit trail confirming receipt.
- We register the deposit within our DPS account.
- After all the paperwork is completed, on the start date of the tenancy we will transfer across the first month’s rent. Deductions will be made for the services provided.

- Quarterly inspections will be carried out and reports will be sent across for your reference.
