Last week we successfully let this stunning one bedroom flat which is located opposite The Downs in Bristol. Our client lives in house above and completed the exceptionally high refurbishments this year. We marketed the property as bills included within the rent as per our clients request and we sourced her a University of Bristol staff member as a tenant within a couple of days. 

Due to our client living above the property we have organised a short term let of 3 months as a trail basis with the view of then going on to rolling subject to both parties being happy. We are managing this rental property so will be in communication with both parties.

The area around The Downs is always popular for staff members at the University as it is an easy walk straight down Whiteladies Road, and being able to walk straight out on to The Downs is a huge plus!
