Bristol Property Letting Snapshot – March 2019

Following up on my previous post with the snap shot on the BS6 & BS7 postcode I have decided to expand the data we have collected to produce a more comprehensive report for Bristol and we have done this covering BS1 to BS9.

Above you are able to see the chart and table in which it has been produced. We can clearly see the most expensive postcode to live within Bristol is BS8 (Clifton / Hotwells) apart from the 3 bedroom category which has been trumped by BS1 which is most likely due to the new builds which have been flying up over the last few years.

On the opposite end of the scale we have Easton / Lawrence Hill and the BS5 area which is the most affordable place to live and I believe the area with the biggest scope to accelerate over the next couple of years with it being within close proximity to Bristol City Centre and increasingly popular with professionals.

Fun Facts:

The area with the most amount of 1 bedroom properties available in Bristol was clearly BS8 with a total of 31. In comparison BS9 only having 6 available.

In terms of the area with the most amount of 4 bedroom properties available this was won by BS7 with 29 results which is probably due to the student accommodation available the area. Within the BS1 which is the City Centre there was no results this month.

If you are a landlord asking yourself “How much is my rental property worth in Bristol?” Why not give the us a call today to discuss your property in more detail and we will be able to give you a more specific valuation.
