Earlier in June we have been working closely with one of our landlords on one of their property refurbishment projects which is located on Alfred Road, Bedminster, BS3. They bought the house earlier in the year which was the first time we went to see  it and from this meeting we advised in terms or rents they would be able achieve. Moving forward we stayed in touch regularly regarding progress until it had reached a viewable stage and with a projected end date in sight we decided to go ahead and market the property. 

All rooms let for the projected rental amount with a week to go before the house is fully finished, by doing so this has reduced any void periods that the landlord may have had if they waited to market until finishing completely.
