This week we went to visit a new landlord client who has a property on Eden Grove in the BS7 area which is located very close to the Southmead Hospital. The previous tenants had moved out of the property a few weeks ago and our client was taking the time to redecorate the property and also lay down some new carpets so it will be looking fresh for the new tenants. There is always the question of do we offer it furnished or unfurnished, this landlord was more interested in getting a family to rent the property and ideally with the view of a long term tenancy, if this is the case we would always recommend that the properties come unfurnished as this tends to attract longer term tenants who have their own furniture already.
The house itself has the ground floor which consists of 2 lounges and a kitchen which leads into the very large rear garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and the main family bathroom.
