We have had the pleasure of working with one our clients who has refurbished this first floor flat which is overlooking the Downs, the first time we went to this flat was in November 2018 and it was still in the process of having a full refurbishment. We rented it out by the room for our client and we sourced 4 professional sharers and 3 of them worked at Bristol University so it was perfect for them! This year one tenant has decided to leave this beautiful flat so we have the largest room becoming available mid December 2019.
The picture above is of the main communal space which is kitchen and lounge area, all of the bedrooms are either side so it makes this the hub for a very sociable flat! We love it when the properties are kept to such a good condition throughout by the tenants, often if the property is in good repair the tenants will make more of an effort to keep it this way!
As our client was going to be completing this project in January 2018 which is not the best time for re-letting a property of this size we advised renting it by the room and we managed to fill the property with fully referenced tenants in a very short time. It is crucial to consider the time of the year when marketing a property and especially for the on the size. One and two bedroom flats rent quickly throughout the year but some of the larger units can take longer.
