Over the last year we have been managing a 9 bedroom student house in Hotwells – BS8 which certainly kept us busy as anyone dealing with an HMO will know. The owners had plans to move into this house with the view of doing some works to the house after it has been a student let for 5+ years or more! 

Due to our connections with local reliable contractors we were commissioned to manage the works for the home improvements. We have started organising the re-furbishment for the ground floor toilet and also renovating and repairing the sash windows and rendering on the front elevation. 

Our management from our other properties over the years has meant we have very good working relationships with our contractors in Bristol.

With all works completed at this project and any other managed properties we always sign off on the quality of work and make sure it is to the highest standard. So you can be confident your property is being looked after within our management service.
