This graph was taken from one of our software providers Goodlord and is based on our average rental vs regional average and also other agents using Goodlord. It demonstrates that on a monthly basis we are achieving higher rentals than other agents in Bristol. 

We always price our properties at a fair market rate however this reflects the quality of property that we market. This starts at the initial valuation when we first meet the owner at the property, we would be advising them on what steps they need to take if any to reach our high standard of acceptable accommodation. 

During our management of our properties we will advise active improvements to the properties to ensure their standards are not slipping and which makes them more desirable homes for our residents to live in so we have happy residents and happy owners.
