Our story
JBS Bristol was set up in 2016 with the goal of being the highest rated property lettings & management agent in Bristol and we knew that this was possible by delivering an outstanding service to landlord and tenants.
The business initially started by Jack which consisted of 1 desk and a mobile phone working from home has grown substantially over the years and is now located in our office at Bishop Road, BS7.
This has only been possible focusing on our goal of outstanding customer service and working with our clients on a 1-2-1 basis, which has really helped us stand out and with our main source of new business which is word of mouth referrals this is proof that we are succeeding with our goals.
How do we see our role?
Within the company each team member is driven by delivering the best service possible to our clients so we are always reflecting on ways to improve and will often ask for feedback on the service provided.
The company will continue to change over the years by adopting new techniques to keep us at the front of the property industry in Bristol. We view ourselves not only as letting agents but more as asset managers because of the faith our clients have with us to look after their most valuable asset.

Jack Stephens MARLA
Director
Jack started the business in June 2016 and currently has over 10 years of lettings experience in Bristol. He started the business as he felt agents had a bad reputation and wanted to change this vision by providing the best customer service and delivering a fair and ethical approach to property lettings in Bristol. Jack is on hand to provide property valuations and investment advice. In his spare time he will often be out trail running with the office pup or learning Spanish .
Angeliki Filippidi MARLA
Lettings Manager
Angeliki joined the team in January 2020 and has progressed quickly to the role of Lettings Manager. Angeliki and her family, originally from Greece, have lived in many cities around the world but have decided Bristol is the place to call home. In her spare time she has been studying for her law degree and other courses at University. She has a passion for people of property and is the main point of contact during our tenancies between tenants and landlords.
Daniel Cuthbertson
Property Manager
Daniel joined the team in 2022 and is our property manager / property consultant so Dan handles all of our viewings and tenant enquires. In addition he helps resolve the day to property management issues that are raised within our portfolio.He is studying towards becoming ARLA qualified and in his spare time loves to cook.
Nicola Cook
Inventory Manager
Nicola joined the team in 2017 on the lettings side of the business and has deep understanding of property management and now handles all the inventory, check in’s and check out for the business. With her experience in the property management field it links directly to the inventory side of the business. She organises the vast student changeover in the summer and throughout the year! She has been raising her daughter alongside working and contributes a huge amount of time to her church in North Bristol.
